Oli+Ve - Roswell
John Thomas: I have to be honest I couldn't understand this place until I went in there! Pretty much all they sell is Olive Oil and Vinegar. GO TRY SOME! You will be a AMAZED at the different flavors (you can try them all on little chunks of bread). Here one you'll love if your open enough to try it. Peach vinegar on ice cream. The possibilities are endless.
Diesel Pizza & Pub
John Thomas: Housed in a former gas station (don't worry the food doesn't taste like diesel) on the corner of highway 9 and Norcross St. Food and drink will make you tummy and your friends smile. Plenty of out door seating make this a great place to hang out almost all year round. They often have live music out there too.
Slate
John Thomas: Sit in front, inside, at the bar, upstairs, on the porch, on the deck or on the back patio. There are so many ways to enjoy Slate. They have a bunch of hand crafted beers on tap and in bottles. Sweet potato fries or calamari are great to snack on while you wait for the main course. It's a rare menu (like this one) where I like everything on it. Enjoy!
