Portlandia Statue
Justin Houk: The Portlandia statue adorns The Portland Building that houses a significant portion of the city government. It is rather unknown even though it is over 34 feet tall. It's is hight above a narrow street making it hard to see. It's designer, Raymond Kasky, owns the commercial rights to it so you very rarely see pictures of it.
Hollywood Farmers Market
Justin Houk: The Hollywood #farmersmarket is my favorite market on the East side although there are some others that are good as well. It's the perfect size for a visit with the family, has live music, and great breakfast food. Runs every Saturday from 8am to 1pm, May to Thanksgiving. 9am to 1pm, 1st and 3rd Saturdays, December to April. #kidfriendly #breakfast
