We lived here for 6 months and loved every moment here. The community is safe, calm and quite. The neighborhood is excellent and convenient for everything. Especially Indians community.. Kris at main office is very friendly and very helpful.. The apartment is very spacious and reasonably pried. The kitchen is very spacious. The only drawback is the laundry units are not well maintained and some of the machines do not work. We never really needed to call the maintenance people as everything was so perfect. Since we had to relocate to another city, we are moving out from here, else we would have loved to continue our stay in this lovely apartment community
Management doesnt pay attention on renter's complain.
It is not fun but the pool is great and the bus need to pull in to Somerset mews chould we will not have to go in the street also you chould get hurt like that going in the street.
The day we moved in, we found that the apartment was not cleaned, not painted, the carpet was not replaced (as promised), the central air was broken, the kitchen floor was cracked, there was writing on the walls, broken doors, the tile in the bathroom was cracked, the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the tub, etc., etc. I could go on but there isn't enough space. Now here we are over a year later, the air still is not working properly (we were told by an outside source that the a/c unit is too small for the apartment), the stained ripped carpet is still here and they still haven't painted. The management is very rude. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Somerset Mews. I wish I did.
