I'm looking for someone (1-4 people) to sublease my house. We are all moving out so you will have 3 new roommates beside yourself. Rent is only $250 and utilities are typically no more than $70. It's a nice size home with a lot of space. I would need someone to take my room starting this August until next August (1 year lease) or if you just need it for the spring or fall that can be arranged too!
