I've lived here twice once in 2007 and currently since 2013. When it came to my renewal I had to sign a 15 month lease where my original lease was 14 months. Parking is always an issue. Several cars that aren't running are taking up spaces adjacent to my building. Management would send out an email warning people if there car isn't registered it would be towed...low and behold nothing has been done and sometimes I'm forced to park 2 buildings away from my own. A couple of weeks ago henry county police were making rounds in the neighborhood and felt the need to run my tag (Why is police running tags in my residence where I pay rent) I feel parking should be assigned sometimes guests take up parking from the people who hold a lease and its unfair especially for the amount of money I pay in rent per month. Privacy goes out the door with these apartments, several times throughout the year they require to enter your apartment for whatever reasons whether inspections, air filters, etc. Though it is a dog friendly community, residents don't pick up waste and sometimes you might step in it especially if its in front of your building. The gates are always malfunctioning. The constant stomping from my upstairs neighbor had me knocking at their door several times. I have spent a lonnnng time over here and I live alone in a 1 bdrm and I will be moving coming April. Cable isn't a necessity, nor is valet trash, I feel those should be optional because it can jack up your rent an extra $80. The security isn't the best either report of car break ins and apartment break ins since I've been staying over here.
Living in the Camden Stockbridge Apartments is an enchanting experience. When I was actively seeking an apartment home, I encountered a gentleman in my sister's embroidery store located in the Kroger plaza in front of the Camden community. This gentleman shared his candid opinion about local apartment complexes in the area, and then he offered his top choice for where I should visit next. It was Camden. His praise inspired me to give Camden a look-see to discern whether or not my opinion would jive with his review. My son and I visited the complex a few days later. I absolutely loved the Camden experience from the moment I walked into the beautifully stellar leasing office. Summer Manning, the lovely leasing agent, met us with a warm greeting and a smile. Her good nature, positive words and professionalism were three of many gateways ushering my son and me to the experience of calling Camden home. The model apartment with its vacation view made my creative heart soar! I could see myself filming my YouTube videos in the living room with the brilliant view behind my back! And the amenities were icing on a stacked birthday cake. My son and I signed on. How could we not! Summer is surrounded by a fantastic team, whom I respect and look forward to greeting whenever I encounter them. Grant, Bryn, Greg and others are some of the most beautiful souls you will ever meet, and if you have the chance to meet them, your spirit will recognize the veracity in my words. As with any situation, challenges arise. The Camden team rose to the occasion and met all of my needs with promptness, efficiency, professionalism, humor and warmth. They model the true nature of their colors and their hummingbird, ACE. Truly, I am blessed to wake up in my gorgeous apartment home. My view is simply divine. Can you feel my gratitude? Oh, let me know forget to allude to the benefits of my surroundings here! I love the gym, the pool, a gated community, the sweet white gazebo sitting off to the right leading up to the community, the soccer field, the basketball area, the lights at night, the playground my grandbabies adore, valet waste, the cleanliness of the grounds and the great outdoor walking space surrounding the community! Thank you, Camden! Keep up the great work! YOU ARE APPRECIATED! Claudia Moss
My experience was extremely pleasant and unforgettably full of memories of people with unusual kindness from the manager Ms Summers to Mr. Grant and Ms. Joycelyn. I will like to thank Ms Summers for her prompt attention to issues and care, she showed the upmost respect and unconditional regard to us from period of application to movein. I moved from a house into this lovely place and I am very, very happy. This is wonderful.
Do not live in here! Although the apartment complex is beautiful, it does not make up for the lack of management and safety. The gates are always broken and there have been some reports of robbery. The management is not willing to cooperate when you have issues with your apartment. If there is a mistake with your rent payment, they will blame you for it! Even if they are at fault. They say that cable is included in your rent, but the package that they pay for only includes channels that you would receive if you have an antenna. They charge you $30 a month for valet trash, but charge you an additional $5 every month for "trash pick-up fees". Do not live at Camden Stockbridge. I will be moving VERY soon.
What's most important in any faculty is the staff and they have been by far the most helpful with me from day one and this being my first time living on my own and my first apartment I was a lot to deal with for the most part. Camden Stockbridge has a beautiful landscape as well. They have basically all sports and fields on the grounds, fitness center, pool, cookout area and all the perks you'd expect and more. The maintenance is very reliable even after hours and helpful. Did I mention it's an gated community! Which is GREAT! Joslyn has guided me through every step of my move in like a MOM even with all my password changes(LOL)! Grant is responsible for me even moving into Camden Stockbridge. They are a great TEAM!
