I been lived there about a year and I cant wait to move out , the manager is very incompetent and aggressive, the new furniture i bought is filled with cockroaches, maintenance come to your house when you're not there , the bathroom is full of mold, there is a leak in the air conditioning over a week , the dishwashing machine does not work(since i move herw) the cabinets of the kitchen are old and even if i clean everything with bleach or anything u can see roaches at next day !! Ugg just three months more and i can leave this horrible place !! Not recommended ,ahh and they just going to charge 40 dlls more t next month , they're 4 real !!this is ridiculous !!
I've been living here for a year and it's pretty bad. They got bed bugs, people shooting guns in the air, lack of maintenance support , office staff doesn't care about anything durring the weekend. It's just a sh1t hole I can't wait to leave and never look back and theirs never any parking spaces available for actual residents don't live here it sucks
First, I must say, the ladies at the front are great. They are working with what they have. The maintenance guys are nice, but lack experience. Once, my window was leaking into my apartment and the guy told me that it was that way because the rain was slanted!! I told him that's bull, and to fix it. Every time I ask them to fix something I need to ask at least three times. They have no security and the gates don't protect at all because they never care to fix them. One night drunk guys were using my car as a coaster so I moved the car politely. Woke up this morning and all four tires were slashed. Apparently this is common here. Absolutely nothing could be done about the $500 I lost. When it rains for more then 3 hours, don't count on being able to use your car because it will be flooded out. If you can put up with all these things, by all means live here. The rent is super cheap.
I have been here little over a year and A/C has gone up three times. They spend as little money as possible to fix issues which just creates the same problem later. They finally replaced the unit after I filled a conplaint with the city. Place is roach infested and parking is horrendous. I am seriously thinking about moving and breaking my lease.
My tiolet has leaked for the 11 months I have been here - the tank top on toilet never fit and the few times maintence responded to my call all they did was change the lid to another one that does not fit. I keep tellling them the leak is coming from the bottom of the tiolet - witness the mildew on the ancient lineoleum leading to the hanging cabinet doors in the bathroon. The tub is painted and the pant is peeling off. Even with a shower mat in the tub, the tb is slick and usafe to shower. The fixture is so old it is hard to use and I have have coldiing hot water or cold water. The kitchen cabinets are falling to pieces - the cardbaord looking stuff falling into the dishwasher and under the sink. I have called on the AC many times and if I am lucky enoug to find a miantenance man they will put freon in it eventually but there is a leak they won't address so 2 weeks later I am back in the same place - hot. There is a new hole in the master bedroom wall where a pipe outside that was leaking was eventually fixed and they pushed throug my wall doing it. There are windows broken out of cars weekly, a man was shot last week by my dumpster, drive through gates won't work, walk in gates never locked, usually just propped open, broken glass and cans and trash everywhere. The picture on the website is hysterical. The grounds have holes everyone, dangerous for kids and women with heels. The perimeters of the place are awful, dumpster a city dump all around it, no ac in laundry room, everytime I wash I get a broken machine for $1.50. No drop slot for rent but charged if late a day, street is littered with trash. People party in the bare courtyards They didn't tell me I had to pay $10 a month pet fee until I got a late notice for $40. Very noisy, neighbors throw trash on the ground all the time. Drug dealers live here. A wooden rocking chair was left on the sidewalk for a month. Everyone walked around it. I rue the day I moved in here and wish I could afford to get out.
