I've lived in the greater Los Angeles area for a long time and have leased apartments all over town throughout the years, searching for the best one (taking all factors into account), and the Victor in Venice is by far the best I've found! So much so that I moved straight back to the Victor after moving away for work for a few years. In total I've been at the Victor for a couple years now. You can't beat the location, basically being in the heart Culver City, having literally everything you need (food, shops, entertainment, Downtown Culver, access to freeways, etc.) all just blocks away. The rent prices are median for the area and you get a ton for it. On the top of that list for me is the staff. By far, the best and nicest staff I've ever had in an apartment complex! Extremely nice, personal yet very professional, and very attentive...maintenance has always taken care of any issues (rarely comes up anyway due to the great upkeep) within the same day. Somehow they make you feel like you're the only resident here, despite being a mid-to-large complex. The apartments, facilities, and grounds are very well kept, and you can tell they take pride in it. And the security is great all around, including a night watchman that roams around throughout the night. I couldn't ask for a better mix of everything I'm (and I'm sure most are) looking for in an apartment in Los Angeles. I highly recommend the Victor. I don't think I'll be moving anywhere else until I'm ready to buy.
Great living environment, eco-friendly, and of course NICEST and WARMEST staff ever! Very helpful regarding questions and simple matters, Dupree Hatchett u rock!!! he's like super helpful when it comes to dealing with residents!
Wonderful apartments with EXCELLENT service all around! Dupree is an amazing leasing consultant who always goes over and above to help me out with anything I need. And, Jason and Jose are always quick to fix anything in the apartment that needs it. Great place to live!
Moved across the country and booked a 1 bdr apt online without actually seeing it...Process was smooth...Got here and the layout of the apt was weird, couldn't even fit basic furniture in the living room, so I asked to switch to another empty 1 bdr apt...Was asked to pay $200 more per month for it...Now i see that the unit i switched out of is listed for only $5 less!..Feeling cheated...
Solid place to live. Pool. Gym. Gated. Communal patio area. Assigned and guest parking.
