its the dump now. Looks like section 8...too many kids running around out of control ..they change management and people in the office like i change my underwear. maintenance to fix things is horrible.
This place is a DUMP. Drug dealers, bratty, wild out of control kids, ANIMALS POOPING everywhere, no clean up; flat tire cars sitting around for months and no action taken. I have a friend who works for FPI in California, and those properties are NOTHING like this piece of crap hell hole.
Good place to live but little kitchen
I currently live here and am just waiting for my lease to expire before running for the hills. Management has recently been taken over by Nazi Germany and Stephanie is a true incarnation of their leader. Try as she might to get control of a bad situation, she is failing, instead attacking her good tenants with petty issues. This is management on a power trip. All I have to say is make a call to the RPD and ask them what they think about Diamond Creek. They are here everyday!!! If you are considering moving to Diamond Creek make sure you ask Stephanie about the gun shots, the vandalism, the littering, the drugs, the teenage gangs, the ant problem, the ongoing fights and the random CPS visits. Dont count on that pool being open either, as Stephanie will close that gem up tight to the entire community when one of her "stellar" tenants gets out of line. This is the WORST place I have lived in my life and if I had seen a review like this, prior to moving in, I would never have moved my family here. Take my advice... Go somewhere else.
DEFINITELY DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! There was a shooting on Sunday at 2:00/2:30 a.m.! DON'T MOVE HERE! Unless you like to be woken up ALL hours of the night, have people throw rocks at your cars, have a bunch of rotten kids run out in front of your cars, and fill out police reports. When there so called pool is open it's freezing and a ton of kids are splashing and swearing. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears.
