Looking for one person to take over my lease at Stanford court. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and I am currently looking into cheaper alternatives, such as commuting to campus. This apartment is very clean, courteous roommates, and the one you would be sharing the apartment with is almost never home, so you'd have the master bedroom all to yourself. You would be taking over the internet bill as well, and all bills are split between the roommates. There is also one car port available.Things I can include in the price is a twin bedframe with the mattress for $150 more.
