I don't like living here, everything broke in there and they won't fix it. the first time i move during winter i have no where for 6 months it sucks. only one lady that was nice in the office. But the other customer service sucks all they do is get mad.. i never have parking at night i have to park across the street to go to my apartment. Washer and Dryer always breaks. People who live there always rude..i they are up all night making noise and you can't sleep.. Yes area is great to live and good price i guess..but You can't never sleep in that place..your neighbor will be so loud all the time.
Brenda Russ at the Artisan apartments is the Rudest professional I've ever encountered, I was discriminated against because I was told there were no available units when there where. In addition the Apartments as a Whole Are Deteriorating most of the units have leaking roofs closets and windows the heat doesn't get turned on until the middle of winter than you burn your gas stove n they don't give a replacement carbon monoxide detector. They don't fix the problems before they get worse the hot water barely works. If you do laundry people will steal your clothes and their cameras on site do not work they take no action. They have Roaches like Joes Apartment (movie) The people in the office are rude and inconsiderate they have a after hours emergency line goes to the office and they don't return your calls until you go to the office.
We've submitted 3 maintenance requests for a leak in the roof and ceiling. This is a serious issue, because water in the attic will create a moldy, rotten environment. They ignored all three, marking the first two as "resolved" and the third as "suspended." It has been several months now since the leak started, which was shortly after they had some cheap roofers switch out the tiles. I believe these roofers actually caused the issue, and the first request was put in early enough that any responsible manager would have called the company back and told them about their mistake, remedying the situation immediately. That's not even getting started on their failure to clean the gutters. News flash! When you don't clean gutters, they don't work. Water pours over the edge onto the windows and other parts of the house, making any rain a lot louder than it needs to be. Then, in the winter, it turns to icicles and sheets of ice across the sidewalk. It's almost as dangerous as it is completely avoidable. You just have to not be the epitome of laziness. Obviously, cleaning the gutters should have been done months ago. They could have asked those shitty roofers to do it while they were up there! Plus, we have a kitchen that they tore into to get at a neighbor's broken pipes, when ours were totally fine. They still haven't finished fixing it, months later.
I hate this place and I wasn't even the one living there. My brother, sister in law and nephews lived there for less than a year. We've just moved them out of this nasty place. For the whole summer there wasn't any working air. It took them till winter to fix it and my nephews have asthma. They ignore all request. The oven was broken, hot water only every other day, water shoots out of the sink when the dish washer is in use... Trashy. Not even a prisoner should live there. Now every night some people park on the lawn and often will see moving trucks on the lawn making a mess. We backed our suburban to the steps like everyone else do and they called the tow company. They blamed us for their lawn but it was there weeks before. The black, ghetto, nappy headed boo boo kitty h** in the office with the stiff weave is extremely rude. She wouldn't let me finish speaking and told me to get out of the office. I almost chocked that b***h to sleep. They don't take care of their people. There have been roaches and mice all over in plenty of buildings yet they sit on their a** and do nothing. The neighbors complain about mold and pipes falling through the ceiling but they don't fix it. I don't know what makes them feel like this place is okay but if they don't make a change, I hope it burns down. Also I hope that nappy, boo boo kitty a** female go down too because that trash is rude. I don't know what w***e house they found her and her clan in but they need to return it. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to live, skip over this! I promise you...you won't like it. Why pay for clean, comfortable living if you're only going to get poor living conditions? Think about it this way.. More people are moving out and less are moving in. Look at the reviews. I spy...ZERO HAPPY PEOPLE. I'd never live there. I'd rather sleep in a small car than live there. I'm still angry with that ghetto a**, nappy, poor, boo boo kitty in the office. She really got up with an attitude. My heart said beat that ghetto pig like Hebrew slave but I didn't..I think I'm growing here.. JUST DON'T MOVE HERE!! IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF, PASS IT UP.
Dude. This place is the worst. Whatever you do, do not move in here. Even if you are hotel living and broke. I swear it's not worth it. I'm a current resident. In the past month here is what has happend.... I was without heat for 3 weeks. And after repeated attempts to get them here to fix it I had to get mean. And I'm not a mean person. Finally they came and flipped a switch to activate my heat. They changed the tempature of the water in the main boilers. I run my shower for 10 min to even get it slightly warm. I brought it up To the front desk and they said (no joke they actually said this) "you need to schedule your showers with other people in your building" My upstairs ceiling and my downstairs ceiling both have broke and leaked water. Took 5 days to Fix the first one... Still waiting on the second.... The office people pretend they care and are connected to what is going on but if you have one regular conversation with them you can tell that they are not aware of what's really going on in their own complex. 50 percent of the washers and dryers do not work and 20 percent of the ones that do work are either filled with roaches or will take all your money without even working. I moved in here because I had 4 days to find a home or I'd be out on the streets. I'm POSITIVE that I would have faired better being homeless than living in this poop hole of a place.
