This apartment complex has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Rather than dealing with problems outright, the staff chooses to lie and backpedal their way out of situations as they arise. Upon telling us that we would meet with a manager as soon as she returned from lunch, instead, after watching the manager return, I also watched her hide from us around a corner until the other employee managed to remove us from the office, where we insisted on waiting for her. Then, after we stepped out, the manager immediately stepped inside and locked the door behind her. How hard is it to deal with a customer complaint? After knocking on the door until the other employee returned, we were told that the manager had a conference call that conveniently started at that exact moment and would last for another hour. All of this is after receiving notice that I had not payed my rent, despite that fact that I had paid it a week prior. Clearly there is an issue with their system, or their people skills, or more likely... both. This is the third time we've had an issue of this nature. And don't even get me started on the maintenance issues. They can take up to a week or more to respond to a maintenance request, even something as simple as changing a lightbulb. We were also nearly forced into purchasing items that we did not want because someone in the office had ordered them for us. If you're a fan of nice apartments, then this place has you covered. But if you want quality customer service, you are probably better served to look literally anywhere else.
