Unresponsive management. Sent multiple emails and left multiple messages but only received answers after repeatedly calling and getting someone to pick up the phone. The website is somewhat deceptive. For a one bedroom, if income is less than 23k rent is 559, if between 23 and 27k rent is 683, if over 27k, rent is 915. This information is not listed on the website however. Only a disclaimer about income requirements. Not helpful.
Way overpriced. Don't count on maintenance to fix anything for you... it took them a week and a half to come fix our dishwasher that was leaking all over the floor. It just broke again, we called them 3 days ago and they still haven't been out to look at it. If you have a package waiting for you in the office, good luck getting it. Unless you can swing by before 5pm, you're out of luck, and sometimes when you do make it in time there's still no one in the office to give you your package. So very frustrating. Make sure your hangtag is visible on your car, because if it's not, you will definitely get towed, despite the fact that the office has vehicle information on file for everyone who resides there, including vehicle make and liscence plate numbers. It will cost you $100 to get your car back. The cops are here way more than they should be. Kids running up and down the halls screaming all hours of the day and night. And on the weekends, you get to deal with all of the partying teenagers whom management lets rent here. My lease can't end fast enough.
