Hi! My name is Carly and I'm looking for a May-July subleaser for a the top level of a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 kitchen brick house. One {awesome} girl and her dog staying at the house, as well. Our landlord, Conrad, is great and always there when you need him. Utilities aren't included in rent, but never exceed $100 each a month. The room is very large and has especially high ceilings for an attic. It's very well lit and cozy. I installed a closet that I'm willing to remove or leave for you.
