Hello, I am looking for a responsible, reliable, and outgoing roommate (female/male) to join this house. 4 bedroom/2 bath home; very spacious, neat and organized. 1 room will be available August 5th. The two-car garage is utilized for storage but can be used to store a car with coordination among roommates. There is a private driveway and plenty of spaces to park on the back street. Indoor washer/dryer is right off of the back patio with a fire-pit and grill. Two fridges are available, meaning you will only split a fridge with one other roommate. 10 minute nice beach cruiser ride to the beach, 15 minute drive to Downtown (no traffic and drive it like you stole it), 10 minute drive to Coronado through a scenic route along the silver strand, and a 1 minute walk to a small supermarket. The area is constantly improving with a new strip mall nearby (Starbucks, Chipotle, Grocery Outlet, Jersey Mike's, Five Guys, etc.) There is also a Vons and Wal-Mart close by.
Current tenants (3 guys) are between 21-29 and very respectful, down to earth and quiet. The home has a relaxed atmosphere; it's not a party house- neighbors just don't like it. NO SMOKING indoors and if you smoke outside, do it away from the windows and doors. NO PETS. Keeping the house clean is important to current tenants and should be for you too.
All utilities will be included, including reliable and fast wi-fi and basic cable. Lease length can be worked out to meet your need but looking to do a minimum 6-month lease. After these 6 months have passed, we can then move to a month-to-month lease. Must have a stable income as you will need to provide a paycheck stub with application and you will need 2 references to establish your identity and character. Myself and current tenants will be holding interviews to make sure everyone can get along. No services in exchange for rent. I look forward to hearing from you!
