I am on my second year living at Copper Creek Apartments. The staff has been great at accommodating all my needs. The facilities and grounds are kept clean. The interior 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments are spacious with the high ceilings. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The property manager does an excellent job at making this feel like a community. They sponsor events monthly (story time for children, TACO Tuesday for adults, and even pool parties during the summer). I was extremely worried about moving from a quiet house into an apartment but Copper Creek apartments has made this place feel like home.
THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO EVER LIVE. The apartment manager is on of the biggest bitches I have ever met. She calls people liars straight to their faces, belittles her own occupants, and talks about your personal life to other residents. As far as in the apartment, everything is outdated, I can literally hear my neighbors above me and across me when they are just talking. Yes, I can hear their full conversations in the middle of the day, and every step they take during the day. I am constantly having problems with my washing, dryer, garbage disposal, shower, hot water, counters, leaks, doors, cracks, everything else that can go wrong, has. My closet doors fall off once a week, the cupboards all slam, the electric outlets cant hold anything in, etc. One of the worst problems though is the mold and the amount of bugs. There is an endless amount of bugs, spiders, worms that I find in and out of my apartment. It is DISGUSTING. I had to buy a cat so I could sleep at night, and that pet deposit is $1000. Oh and that's per animal. I wipe my windows and window seals down once a week and have them fully ventilated, still there is an overwhelming amount of mold growing everyday. The people here are rude, no one knows how to park, that is, if you can find parking without walking a mile to your house. This place has all around been the worst experience of my life. I have lived here for seven years and know all of what happens. I can guarantee your life will be better off not living in this hell hole.
Couldn't speak higher of this complex. The apartments are spacious, the community is quiet and rural but close to the freeway and shopping complexes. The few times we've had a maintenance request it has been fixed within an hour of placing a work order. The office staff is phenomenal; they plan monthly community events, host weekly children's story times, remember residents birthdays, etc. They even buy special gluten free treats for our girls who have celiac disease. They are super friendly and eager to help without being intrusive. The only downside for those with kids is there are very few places for kids to play, not much grass. However they do have a pool and little swing set and there are many parks nearby. Great place to live!
This apartment complex is a great place to live. It is located in a small town, but close to the freeways and shopping centers. The management is very helpful and kind and remembers all the resident's names. The apartments are spacious and are less expensive than smaller apartments in Federal Way. We especially like the double sinks in the bathroom. We would recommend this place.
We have lived in this apartment community since late 2014. We fell in love immediately as we drove in. the staff are all very nice and always greet you. We would 100% recommended this quiet clean community to everyone and already have.
