About the Owners:
We (Jonathan and James) are 24-year-old educated college graduates (UCLA & USC respectively), who work 9-6 jobs. Jonathan works in real estate and James works in PR. We are clean, respectful, open communicators who maintain healthy lifestyles. We are looking for a financially stable, friendly and low maintenance roommate. We don't bring the party home too often, but do enjoy having people over on occasion. Ideally we are looking for someone similar who has their own life but wants contribute to the home we love. If you are a, "those aren't my dishes" kind of person...you won't be a good fit here.
Cost:
The second bedroom is available for $1,500/month, excluding water, power, gas and TV-related bills, which will be split equally on a monthly basis by each individual tenant (i.e. cost divided by three). We will provide one annual street-parking permit for your car (there is abundant street parking in the area). You must be comfortable splitting the cost of a maid once per month evenly between all three roommates (i.e. cost divided by three). The security deposit is $1,500, refunded upon departure. There is a turnover-cleaning fee.
