First let me say that I am one of the owners of County-Wide Properties LLC and in response to the negative comments made about the property management services we would state the following: County-Wide Property Management was closed 7/1/14. There are two sides to every story and unfortunately only one side was presented.. We did not legally or ethically mishandle or misrepresent either party. Actually, we did not represent one of theses claims at all. An agent from our company opened her own property mgt. company and handled that client herself. We encourage and demand honest and ethical dealings in our company and those who know us well will support this statement.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! BUYERS, SELLERS AND RENTORS BEWARE!!!! These people don't even deserve one star!!! They're management team is by far the most unprofessional bunch I've ever had the experience dealing with. They don't know what they're doing, nor do they have any concern about anything with the house and they're tenants. Keep in mind that I've also never paid rent late, and have always been kind to these people. I rent from them currently and they're terrible about fixing things. In my house alone when I moved in the stove, the washing machine and oven didn't work and had to be fully replaced (I replaced the washer out of my own money, and they told me I was responsible for getting a new one, even though it was listed under the appliances they provided). The plumbing has came literally APART under the sinks, and it has even gotten clogged on multiple occasions (even with the use of a strainers!!), the door knobs fall out of almost ever door in the house, plus roof leaked and the foundation leaks to this very day!!!! That's not even the end of the horror stories!! Once my shower plumbing had gotten clogged on a Sunday morning, and I couldn't get a hold of my property manager till Monday afternoon. When I finally got a hold of her, my so called property manager processed to tell me she was "too busy with her other job" to call that same day, and told me that she would call the next day (might I add I was already at two days without a shower). In the end she did call on Wednesday, but told me their "handyman" wouldn't be out till maybe Friday, but I told her don't bother. In the end of it, I just ended up paying 300$ for a plumber to come out and fix it that Tuesday. I wasn't willing to wait 4-5 days to get my shower fixed and three days was enough. The plumber who fixed it said he was surprised we didn't get more clogs because the plumbing in the house was so bad and old. That's just one of the many problems I've had with this joke of a real estate company. Just save the hassle and go to a company who actually know what they're doing. Avoid them at all cost.

We got the house that we wanted, and the trainee realtor was good about driving over to us the two times we were unable to make it in to the office, but his trainer let us slip through the cracks majorly. The house was listed as is/as seen and when we went there originally there was furniture and other things that we wanted. When we sat down with them she said that we needed to list the things that we wanted to keep and when I said that it claimed to be as is/as seen she said that all of the furniture and stuff would come with it, so we didn't need to write it down. Of course, when we did the final walk through, all of the furniture, and a decorative shelf that had been affixed to the wall, was taken. Because this was the perfect house we still signed the paperwork and bought it, but we feel cheated, and now have to scramble to find furniture to put in our new home. I wouldn't do business with them again because they should have taken better care of first-time home-buyers than that. If the trainer knew there was a chance of us not getting the furniture she should have made it very clear to us that we needed to write down all that we wanted to have, and even suggested driving over to the house to list it properly instead of expecting us to remember specific items that were in a house that we saw a week ago. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because the trainee was really trying his best, and went out of his way a couple of times to assist us in this purchase. If his trainer had been more helpful (to him as well as to us) then I would have gladly given them five stars because of his dedication alone. But I'm afraid that dedication won't refund us the several hundred dollars we are going to have to spend refurnishing a home we were told would stay furnished.

Terrible. The house was listed for sale for seven years and property management services (such as they were) "handled" by Countywide for those seven years. Problems with the management of the property are too numerous to list here and we have lost thousands of dollars as a result. Any homeowner who deals with this company - particularly if you use them as "property managers" - insist on a written contract specifying their responsibilities as property managers. Also be very careful of dual agency. They do not inform customers in writing - as suggested by their profession's national association - of the implications of this business practice. Check the National Realtors Association web-site for "best practices" listed on their website and find a company that uses those practices.
