LITERALLY THE WORST!!!! THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!! The people that work there ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$$. They will get it from you any way they can. These people will scam anyone they can! We had good friends while we lived at Crestone that told us horror stories. Even some where the staff had gone into apartments, WITH NO AUTHORIZATION AND INTENTIONALLY DISTURBED WITH THE HOUSE! This was not us but a story we heard by a resident that had lived there for several years. They will literally screw with people and think they can do whatever they want. Ive lived in plenty of apartment complex's in the past and have had zero problems, but THESE PEOPLE SIMPLY ARE THE ALL TIME WORST. I cant say enough bad things about them. Specifically Kat and Heather (Both upper level managers) As you can probably tell. We were good tenants and took care of our apartment. But we received a bill for $3000 after move out. I feel as though I was lured into a old run down apartment with multiple existing problems, then charged for everything at move out. We will be seeking legal advice as well as reaching out to the local media outlets to at the very least expose this horrible management to the prospective renters of the community.
Bad customer service with office staff! Heather is rude and unprofessional. Management sucks! Ms Alison is the only one with manners and has always been professional whenever I've talked to her. No people skills for Heather. The only way i was able to post this is if i had to rate it. No Stars in my opinion.
I feel that it is my duty to warn others about this place about the current management it is under LEGACY PARTNERS and the Crestone staff. I leased a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that was supposed to be a good deal according to the managers at Crestone but apparently to LEGACY PARTNERS that does not exist and we were lying. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HUH? THAT'S HOW THEY TREAT THEIR TENANTS. The apartment had a lot of issues such as the slider doors not properly being able to close properly which cost us high heat bills in the winter, the heater didn't work, the second bedroom window that was also broken which also let in a lot of cold air before I moved in, washer and dryer was broken, the island was rotting on the inside, blinds were all mismatched and always falling off that it came to a point where I would call them at least monthly and all they did was keep bringing broken ones. Management and the managers here are scammers, when asked for an explanation of the move out charges both their stories did not add up (NOT A GOOD SIGN IN ADDITION TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE). I asked for a explanation of charges because a lot of the charges did not make sense such as the flooding that they wanted to charge us 2,000 for the floors. But when I called management and asked about it they wanted to charge us that much they said that we did not report on time when I tried calling them to come and fix it and have proof with my phone bill and eventually just had to write and email. Due to the third party did not correcting the flood problem, we are being charged. In addition, they want to charge for painting the ceiling almost $200. I can't even reach the ceiling to do anything to it. They seem to want to charge everything because all they want is money. BE WARNED THAT THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO LURE YOU AND THEN CHARGE YOU THINGS THAT DON'T MAKE SENSE. I CALLED MANAGEMENT AND THE MANAGER ON SITE AND THEIR STORIES DON'T ADD UP AND ARE EXTREMELY RUDE TO CURRENT AND PREVIOUS TENANTS.
Since I moved in less than one year ago, Garbage disposal broken x 2, Fridge broke x1, Burner on stove stopped working, Closet door fell off, Shower Rod broke/fell off had to be replace, Microwave stopped working had to be replaced, Air conditioning unit stopped working Grounds:Spider infestation (Told grounds are sprayed regularly, I've never seen anyone spray), During the "spider season" I may kill 10-15 spiders in my entry way within 1-2 days. Gates are frequently broken, between the three gates one is usually broken around 50% of the time. Limited Amenities are older and often broken, unclean, or out of use. Gym shut down due to vandalism, Jacuzzi broken several times, pool frequently not cleaned, I've been in the pool less than five times and on the last occasion found dog poop in the pool amongst dirt and dead bugs Apartments are older and not very well maintained
This is the best/nicest apartment I've lived in in a long time. Any time there is a maintenance issue, they send somebody over ASAP and get the issue fixed for me with a smile. The office/leasing staff is very friendly and professional with me every time I've called or gone in to the office. I will be renewing my 14 month lease when it comes due! Worth the price I pay every month.
