Kitchens offer a pantry, broom closet, stove, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator. The master bedroom features his and her closets plus a ceiling fan for added comfort. Lots of long windows and double sliding patio doors let in lots of light for an open feeling throughout.
Large pets are welcome at The Kensington. A combined weight for the household is limited to 100 lbs. Our breed restriction list and fee schedule is available for you to review.
All of our townhouses are non-smoking inside. Smoking is permitted on patios plus we have smoking stations in our courtyard and picnic areas. Trash removal and recycling is included in the rent.
