We are looking for individuals, couples, and/or families who keep professional hours, will respect their living space, clean up after themselves, non-smoking (including recreation drugs, electronic cigarettes), no heavy drinking, drama free, and pay rent on time.

About the house:

1658 sq ft. 3 bedrooms (plus an open area/loft that can be used as another bedroom) and 1 bathroom. Brand new carpet. No washer and dryer but hookups are ready. The first story is carpeted and the second story has hardwood floors. Large backyard. New stove. Also includes refrigerator. Tenants must pay for all utilities and internet.

Monthly Rent:

Space is available for rent now!

$1,495 due at the 1st of each month

Before move in, we must receive first month's rent ($1,495) and security deposit of one and half month's rent ($2,240) in the form of a cashier's check

If you have a small well behaved pet, an extra $500 pet deposit is required

Requirements:

Minimum one year lease

Copy of OR ID/ Driver's License

Recent full credit report (Credit report must be no more than 6 months old)

Last three month's pay stubs (Your monthly take-home income must be at least three times the monthly rent.)

Last three month's bank statements
