My family and I have been living in Northpark for over seven months now and loves it here. The office staff are very friendly and the service technician are good at what they do. I fully understand things eventually breaks, but when you can get it fixed the next day, that's what I call service. My dryer stop working, got fixed the next day. My microwave all of a sudden stop heating, got a new microwave in a couple of days. Every time we go in office, we are always greeted with smiles. They took care of issues we had with parking and any questions we might have. Apartment living is not like having your own home, but when you have great people that makes you feel comfortable and also fortunate to have good neighbors, then I would call that home. Our family would definitely recommend Northpark. They have met our expectation and our experience here has been wonderful.
The staff at North Park Burlingame is very helpful and cheerful, particularly William and Myra. William, our lease consultant was exceptional and helpful. We have lived here for one year and will continue to stay here:)
- leasing office is friendly and helpful; they can be busy sometimes since the complex has so many residents and people interested in renting, so you have to be patient - Burlingame is one of the nicest areas in the Bay Area - downtown Burlingame (
They really try hard here to keep us all happy. I've been here 6 months and think it's the best place I've ever lived. It is better than home. Please come see.
I just moved into these apartments, and I must say, I will probably be moving out before my 30 day vacate period is up. There is tons of noise, I was unlucky enough to be above someone who plays loud bass at extremely inappropriate times. Do we have no respect for each other anymore? Apartment living is a shared space, and you should know that I have no desire to hear your loud bass at 10AM or 10PM. I have a sound system as well, but I have respect for my neighbors and would never play it loudly while I live here. Then, there is noise from the trains. Between 4 and 7pm, trains go by about every 15 minutes blaring their horns and making their arrival known. While I enjoy the inside of my apartment, I do not enjoy any of the encounters I have passed my door. The water pressure is horrible on the third story, leaving me to flush the toilet twice anytime I use toilet paper (every time). There is no guest parking! Street parking is not guest parking. I had a guest come who received a parking ticket on the street. I now have to pay an additional $50 each month just to have a space for my guests to park comfortably. This is just another example of overpriced living in the peninsula and it is not worth it. I understand all apartment living pretty much sucks, and it isn't necessarily the management's fault, but sadly this is not the place that I want to call home. If noise is an issue for you, try to avoid this complex. I've learned the hard way.
