Have been here almost a year! The complex is very quiet. Never had any issues when maintenance is needed they are quick to respond and help. Love love the location right in Alamo ranch but with all the trees you can't even tell that your in the a huge shopping center! Walmart is walking distance! The park that somewhat connects to the apartment that has a walking trail now! This is my first time in an apartment and this complex has made my experience very positive and makes my apartment feel like home.
Horrible customer service! Please be aware when you move in that you document all damages to your unit. They will charge you for damages you did not note when first moving in. Please people stay away from this place. It was the worst experience ever!
Beautiful, safe and clean complex. I work evenings and feel extremely safe coming home.
They are not professional at all. They've messed with my money 3 times. I will not stay here longer than I have to. I can't wait to close on my house and be out of this mess. I DO NOT recommend ANYBODY moving here at all!
I lived here for almost two years and I'm leaving this review after moving out. I left because I moved for work. I've seen many changes in the office staff and as of this review, they are the best of all the people that have worked there while I lived there. A new owner just took over and things have improved A LOT since. They fired all the old managers, who were pretty rude, and replaced them with some really nice people. The office and maintenance crew are definitely courteous and attentive. However, I still have to give the place a bad review even though I hate doing that. Pros: -If you keep your place in decent shape, you'll actually get some of your deposit back (I still recommend replacing stuff like shades with your own cash for about half the price). -Nice apartments - pretty spacious, good sized closets, newer appliances -Pool areas are nice -Good walking parks in middle and at entrance, sports field within walking distance, dog park -Lots of stores very close -Easy access to HWY 151 -Very quick maintenance -A/C works very well Cons: -Very thin walls, you'll hear everything. I had very loud neighbors the whole time. My whole ceiling shook when they walked (or stomped), they threw parties until very late on week nights, and the dudes were always yelling and throwing things. Pretty bad. For some reason, no matter who lived below me, there was always someone with a huge sub-woofer that liked to drop the bass and blast action movies. The guy next to me had a headboard and a girlfriend. Do you wanna know how I know? -I've still heard gunshots and helicopters despite trying to pay a lot to stay out of areas like that. There was a rash of vehicle break-ins as I was moving out -Gates are always broken -Parking sucks. Enjoy paying extra. -Kitchen in the biggest apartment is set up poorly. Lots of open floor space, no counter space -Don't buy the "upgraded" apartments. They just use different looking stick-on floor panels and the marble they advertise in their demo apartment/office does NOT get used. It's a huge waste of money. -A lot of people moved in and out in the short time I lived there. I don't know specifically why, but I'd guess they had trouble making ends meet. -TRAFFIC IS TERRIBLE. You are surrounded by stores and highways. Most days driving to work there is substantial traffic (45 minutes on 151 start to finish) (forget 1604) Culebra and 1604 intersection is terrible all the time, but the Culebra and Westwood loop intersection is even worse (ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) It can take up to ten minutes just to leave the block. -On the way out, I was paying around $1200 for renting the large apartment with two carports. It all adds up to quite a bit. All in all, I think this place is trying to pretend it's worth more than it is. It's really a decent place, but it's not worth the rent. That's why it gets two stars. Sorry folks.
