Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and we are closed from 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch. We are located at 420 N. Court St., in Visalia. You are more than welcome to come into our office and check out the key/s to view the unit if interested. We require a $20 cash key deposit as well as a copy of your ID. Be sure to bring the following if you would also like to fill out an application:

1. Valid driver’s license or ID

2. Proof of income

3. Social Security card
