These people are liars and don't care about you despite how they try to make it look like they are the nicest people on earth. They wasted our time and dragged their feet getting our deposit back. We had to call the corporate office and once we did we got it back a few hours later. Here is the full story: We visited this complex to look at vacant apartment. We liked it and so we decided to put in applications. We were told the two big automatic denials were if we owed any money to a previous landlord (normal requirement) or if we had anything over $2,500 in collections (not normal). We then told them we had student loans in collections. The lady we were dealing with, Terra (the manager), responded with "Oh that's fine, everybody has student loans". Two days later after our application had to be "rushed" we were denied for, yup you guessed it, the student loans being in collections. When we questioned this to the lady on the phone, Jayden, we were told that the manager Terra knows this requirement and would have never told us that it would be fine. After arguing and getting upset we accepted that this was just wasn't going to happen and requested our $100 deposit or "holding fee" back. We were then told we would have to wait 2 weeks for the corporate office to send a check to the complex and then we would receive a call to come pick it up. Despite the fact that we paid the application fees and "holding fee" via debit card we could not get a refund via debit card. Two weeks passed, we had moved into another apartment which honestly is cheaper and in a nicer area. We decided to wait another two days to call the complex to see if we would get a call to come get our check. Honestly we just didn't want to have to deal with them again. But no call came. We called them and spoke to Jayden. We were told that maybe the manager didn't put in the request right away because maybe of the weekend or something and that she had to go the corporate office to pick it up and she didn't know when the manager would do that so she would do that in the next couple of days and then give us a call and give us an update. We didn't accept that answer. They already had for over two weeks and did not previously tell us about having to visit corporate or that it could even possibly take over two weeks. We argued to no avail so we hung up and immediately called their corporate office. The lady I spoke to (don't remember her name) was nice enough and told me she didn't have any checks waiting for me in my name but she would call the complex and get it fast tracked and the complex would call me with an update. About 4 hours later we got a call to come pick up our check. It's amazing how somehow after 2 weeks and 2 days the manager hadn't even bothered to get a check ready for her next visit but one call to corporate and they have it ready to pick up in 4 hours. It's obvious the apartment complex doesn't care. Do not trust these people with your money unless you are certain you will be approved. I obviously have no idea what it's like to actually live here.
We applied here and got denied which is fine but We paid 75 dollars for application fee and that okay I understand that. But we also paid 100 dollars for process fee and if we got the apartment that money would go into our first moths rent but since we got denied they said they would refund our $100 dollars which by the way $100 is money and I don't care if it's 1 or 10 bucks. They need to keep their word on refunding our s**t. It's been over 1 month and I haven't seen the money despite of us calling daily.
To be told your going to get your entire security deposit and get charged $70 to dust the blinds! Dust is a daily occurrence! To have an apartment spotless and be told 3 weeks later they found dust AFTER the walk through is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Not to mention other ludacris charges!!!! I moved into the apartment with torn carpet, stains on the island, broken laundry door, stained showers etc so this money is not going to make the next renter experience better rather pure greed!!! We were really counting on our full deposit that we were told by MANAGEMENT that we should be getting to aide our transition out of the military and to be screwd is heartbreaking!!!
Nice new office team. Staff and maintenance have always been wonderful. Community is well taken care of. Nice neighborhood with easy access to many places and freeways.
We really enjoy living here having recently located from living on base. Its very secure and quiet, and management is always so helpful and welcoming. Maintenance is very prompt and exceeds our expectations. I would recommend this community to anyone.
