Stephanie in the leasing office is amazing and went above and beyond on getting us approved for the town home. We have been there for a week now and everything in the place is really nice and maintenance did a great job on preparing the place for us. The property is clean and the pools are really nice. We like the fact that the community is quiet and peaceful. i wish there was more gym equipment but it's fine and convenient for me. The town homes are huge!
Clean, peaceful and beautiful apartment. Excellent customer service by the office staff and maintenance staff. I always remember maintenance staff in my prayer. they are the blessings of this apartment. Management is concerned about enhancing social life through conducting various community events. Good for family and kids. I wish for more play areas for kids.
I'm going with 2 stars for this apartment complex for a few reasons. Let's start off with the initial impression. Initially I really loved the way the demo model was setup. The hardwood floors were awesome and the layout seemed very interesting and certainly "different" than most of the apartment complexes in the area. After returning to talk about pricing I realized something pretty quickly. These people will nickle and dime you more than I've ever seen from any other complex. So the rent that I got was $725/mo plus $50/mo for water / sewer / trash. If I wanted a downstairs unit that's an extra $35/mo. If you want a corner unit that's an extra $10/mo. or if you want a assigned parking space that'll be another $20/mo. If you want a unit with a "view" (LOL) that's also an extra $10/mo. Also, the upstairs units are CARPETED and not the nice looking wooden finish that you get with the downstairs units. After moving in I didn't really experience any issues right away. The fans were a little squeaky which I resolved myself. About a month later the bath tub started to leak from a hole on the side of the tub every time I would take a shower! The maintenance guys were called down 3 times to fix this issue and only on the third time did we stop experiencing this issue. The parking for this place is absolutely horrendous!! I couldn't complain more about parking in any one place than I do here! People park wherever the hell they want to park. They'll park in NO PARKING zones and park in the scooter / motorcycle parking areas. They'll double park along side other cars because they are LAZY. When I bring this to the attention of the front office they never do anything about it. They don't give a damn about the parking situations at ALL. The only positives I can give this complex is the apartment itself isn't too shabby (even though it's too expensive). I haven't had too many problems with neighbors except parking as described above and the gym area is "okay". I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and am saving to leave by the end of my lease. Good riddance.
This place is shady and the people that work there only want to flip applicants for the commission. They have no interest in filling apartments. I had a ridiculous experience this month. The girl that showed me the unit was very nice. I had been looking for an apartment for months and when i saw this place, i filled out an application immediately. It was an easy sale. I have the credentials, the job, income, references etc..But was told I needed a co-signer..because she couldnt get ahold of any of my past landlords....and the co-signer had to pay another application fee on top of mine. Needless to say, the girl never called any of my references or past landlords like she said. I called to check up on this and no one has received calls or messages. Once you fill out the application, it is impossible to get ahold of the person working with you. When I finally got ahold of a manager, I went into the office to tell her about my experience, no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, just a quick "so do you want to cancel your application then?". Well if you put it that way, yes i do! There is alot more to this story, but I dont want to write a book. All I have to say is, If they start out in lies, who knows what else they will lie about. This happened with another girl i work with as well at this apartment complex, she had filled out the application, ready to sign the lease, she was promised a unit over looking the dog park. When she saw the apartment they put her in..it was over looking a storage shed in an area where all the apartments are crammed together..then they told her she needed 2 months rent plus a deposit as well as $45 a month to reserve a parking spot! Do not trust this place. The apartments are nice and the community as well..but is it really worth it?
Used to live there. Apartment had rodents and really did't do much about it. Use to have a garbage disposal instead of fixing it they took it out. The way the bath was refurbished all you could do was take showers. Toilet roll holder had been broke off the wall they never fix it. There was mildew in one room they never took care of it. For the price they are charging you get a brand new apartment just built which includes water.
