I hated this place so much. I can say with utmost certainty that the office staff is the rudest, most inconsiderate staff I've ever experienced. EVERYTHING that they can charge you for, they will. If your room floods for 4 months because they're too stupid to fix a leak, YOU have to still pay full rent as if the living conditions are suitable. The apartments are dirty, infested with roaches, and honestly, not at all worth the time or the money. I lived there for two years, and I've had more problems with them than I can imagine. I'm greatly disappointed that I chose that place, and more so that I stayed there for an extra year when I should have gotten the hell out. READ THE LEASE CAREFULLY. They love to screw you with, "It's in the lease, mold is a natural living thing, water flooding is normal, we're going to charge you ridiculous prices for things you don't even owe, then state that it's in the lease". Take my advice, just don't live there.
They sent me to collections and never sent me ANY notice that I owed them anything. By the way I moved out 7/31/2011 and they sent me to collections in 2014.... 3 WHOLE YEARS LATER.
The staff at 1111 are always nice and ready to please - both the office staff and the maintenance crew. Their rates are affordable and the units are nice with all the basic amenities. The complex features a pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor lounging, a pretty decent gym, and a very nice club house. Definitely the best place I've ever lived.
I lived with here for the past year, and will be moving out on the 31st of this month due to having a maximum of 3/2s and my roommates and I will be adding a fourth roommate to the mix. I would recommend this complex to people looking for an affordable place to live. The amenities offered are not the most substantial but the basics of internet connection, cable TV, and in-unit washer dryer were sufficient for me. Every work order was taken care of the next day before I came back from work. Our AC was not workign correctly and someone was out that day to fix it, my light wasn't working on my fan/light combo so they replaced the whole fan, and my dryer button was going out and they replaced that the same day. The gym is a bit lack luster but it will satisfy the needs of a beginner to weight lifting or a casual gym-user. My one pet peeve, and this seems to be common among apartment complexes, is that for some reason they do not give you an actual receipt when paying rent with a check. They photocopy your check and sign and date that photocopy. While its just as good I suppose, I prefer an actual receipt. Regardless, I give this apartment complex 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend it so anyone seeking low cost housing, but better quality than places such as The Commons or Seminole Grand.
Maintenance is really slow.
