Hello! We are wanting to lease out our home in Bonney Lake. It is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 1 loft. We LOVE our home so we are looking for responsible tenants only please. We will be doing a credit check on tenants who apply and set up a contract for 12 months. We need $2,600/month to cover our mortgage. We have no timeframe on when we need to move, we just want to find the right tenants. :)

Utilities are not included in rent price.
