Laundry is located on the bottom floor. Well-maintained coin-operated machines with a laundry sink and space to store your soaps/detergents. You don’t even have to walk outside to get to it! Heated, clean, and well-lit.
Off-street parking in the back is accessible from the alley. There is a common rear entrance for convenience that leads to the shared hallway. Guests will have no trouble parking on the quiet one-way street with parking space on both sides.
Lawn care is provided, and landlord takes care of regular maintenance. Refundable deposit $500. First month’s rent and deposit must be received before moving in.
