STAY AWAY. This property charges fees for everything and will take advantage of anyone they can. Katie, the "manager" is totally useless. Even though my daughter did not rent there, they kept taking out money (because they had her debit card) for "deposit", "admin fee", "reservation fees". I've contested with the bank and contacted the property management company. THIS PROPERTY IS PREDATORY. Read all the reviews and DO NOT give them your debit card.
My experience (3 years) in CLARRION CROSSING has always been good..every service I requested was fast ..kindness and helpfulness of the staff..security and quietness of the residence...For this reason I chose the same company where i live currently. Thanks again..MADDY & DAVID.
Average living pretty much sums it up. Just hope that nothing in your home breaks or needs replaced correctly and its an okay place to live. This will probably be our last year. To pay as much as we do in rent there is no reason to have to put in 5 maintenance request in, call the office and email the office for your requests to still not to be taken seriously. I'll probably avoid renting from PRG and affiliates in the future.
Three stars. Average. Decent place to live. Nice landscape, quiet neighborhood, clean pool. Not bad. Two things specifically: The staff here is great. Hope, Melissa, Katie, the maintenance crew...everybody is cordial and fun and attentive. I always enjoyed going to the office. The trash fees they charge here at Clarion Crossing are ridiculous. Seriously. The big containers outside are often filled to the brim. More unpalatable, though, is that they charge a fee for a waste disposal valet service that literally, as far as I can tell, zero residents use. I mean, what are the margins on that? They KNOW that people hate that service, and they KNOW that people don’t use that service, and yet they still charge for it so they can make an extra few grand a month. That is not how I run my business, and that is not how they should be running theirs. Would I recommend you live here? Honestly, no. So many places in Raleigh where you can find everything above and not get hosed by the trash fees.
When I first went in everything was nice and sweet after a few weeks they stop returning calls weren't communicating with me and my soon to be roommate... I had to physically go in to figure out what the problem was and it was something on there in they should have told me. If you don't make 3 times the rent and your cosigner don't make 5 times the rent don't apply here... An other words of you don't make over 2,000 a month find a different apartment
