Hi! I'm am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 3 bed, 2bath apartment at the Commons on Kinnear near Ohio State campus (commonsosu.com) from May-August. The apartment is completely furnished with bedroom (full size bed, desk, dresser, extra large closet) and complete living room furniture (2 couches, dining room set, etc) but you are welcome to bring you own as well. My bedroom has a large private bath with double sinks. The apartment complex has a full gym, swimming pool, hot tub, lounge, volleyball and basketball courts. It is also located on the campus bus route which makes it a short 10 minute ride to the Ohio Union. Move in is May 6 (negotiable). Rent is usually $645 dollars but I am willing to pay for the month of May, which means rent is averaged to $430 a month!!! This includes all utilities (except electric, which is usually $20-40) cable tv w/ HBO, Internet, laundry in unit and free garage parking! More pictures will be up soon!
