I walked in here to apply for an apartment, as soon as I sat down a current resident walked in and had a problem she needed taken care of. Since I was not in a hurry I told the rep that she could help her before me. The conversation happened right in front of me, so I was able to hear about the complaints of roaches, and broken refrigerator parts, and items that needs to be replaced. That left me a bit unsettled, but I continued with the application process because the lady assured me that these were older units that had not been "upgraded" yet. After I applied, and even RIGHT before I handed then the money, my experience became annoying, I didn't talk to the same girl I had the last time so the rent for the apt I was applying for increased, you can ONLY talk to someone if you take time out of your day to go by the office other wise your left with the phone ringing endlessly just for another answering service to direct you to an off site property management company, that can ONLY take messages!!!! You call and no one EVER picks up at the actual office, and the people that actually do pick up the phone cant do a thing to help!... I lived here before the property management company was bought out and changed to "Landmark at Avery Place" so far it sucks!.
Hi this is Sylvia Forshey I used to live there until you whated us to pay for water and rent of $ 877:00. And myself and my daugther-in law was living at 307 my grand kid got hurt and i come to you and you told me there was nothing you all could do so you all told us we would have to move. so now you all say i own you i think you own me.we had renewed are rent and in the middle you all told us we would have to pay over 200.00 for water and i told you we would have to move if you all done that.
Pathetic.. You get what you pay for and this place is STILL over priced. Typical fake nice ladies at the office until you sign lease. Every appliance breaks and days even weeks to fix. I expected better from landmark
I stopped by to check out a One Bed/One Bath apartment just a few weeks ago. Tiffani was really nice and professional and gave us a tour of the grounds. The Amenities are as nice as the pictures and the grounds are well taken care of. The apartment I viewed was on the second floor and had a nice view from the living room and bedroom of the grounds. I dont need much space so I was satisfied with the square feet. The main reason why I didnt apply was due to me finding another Complex closer to work. That and I really wanted the Faux Wood Flooring (they had primarily carpet throught) due to me being an allergy sufferer and I have a pet, so I dread having a carpet for this reason. The rates are great for whats offered and they do change which Tiffani did a great job in emailing me when they did.
Love living here. Very peaceful environment and conviniently located near shopping centers, restaurants ext. The office staff is very nice and professional
