The property is ok. The grounds are nice and well maintained, but for the money they charge the appliances are really dated. The pics online are not even close to an accurate portrayal of the apts. Oak cabinets and old appliances are what can be expected. Unless you'd like to pay extra for the "upgraded" ones. We needed maintenece often, but many times it would be "fixed" several times without replacement. Which caused several follow up calls. The mgmt and staff are nice, but sometimes lack common sense. The pool is nice, but unheated, which makes it unswimable 95% of the time. Gym and movie theatre room are great.. Good luck getting the theatre room during any major event, though. Pretty much everything is an add on as well. Garage parking is an extra $150, a small storage cage is an extra $25. You also pay community fees toward water, sewer, trash, etc. None of this is included in the advertised rent, so an affordable two bedroom for $1600 quickly goes to $2100+ if you like any convienence. Recycling is also a major issue that mgmt seems not to care about. Dumpsters are full within one day of emptying and are overflowing 98% the time. However, maintenance is awesome and super responsive. We had to use them several times and they were always great. Location is also awesome, easy access to pretty much everything, but traffic is horendous! Overall, you pay for location at Amli at Museum Gardens, everything else is fairly similar to other apts. in the area (but more expensive). Kind of a stretch with "luxury" on this one.
Excellent Service and management. Only complain may be it is very expensive.
Great Property, Great Amenities, Great Location
I stayed at Museum Gardens four years and liked it very much ! It is not the cheapest place but therefore very clean, very well maintained, very nice people and service and the layout of the apartment I had was very good and well-thought-out ! I'd recommend it to a friend anytime.
