Pros: The Computer Science department is the most efficient and effective department I've ever seen. On top of that, miss Alex and miss Jane are two of the sweetest human beings on earth. If something is wrong or you happened to miss a deadline for whatever reason, they'll work with you. Nothing is ever impossible for them. Cons: All of the faculty on campus are humans... so you're going to have a variety of characters, some you'll mesh with and some you won't. It's kind of like real life in that way. Also, some of the other departments are not as amazing as the CS department. You do, however, get to choose your college and your major.

I was overall very happy with the MSCS program. It was comprehensive and challenging. I am now a productive HPC software engineer as a result of this program.

My experience with West Georgia was pleasant and unpleasant, not all the staff members and people were unethical when dealing with people with disabilities. my God-daughter was there to explore the preview week with her mother who had suffered a stroke and her mobility was a struggle for her to get around. We were given a ride to the afternoon festivities and then from there it was a struggle. the people with disabilities act was passed to make accommodations for or have accessible ways for people to get around. This was not the case at West Georgia. One of the Ambassadors of the event promised she would get a golf cart for us and told us to have a seat. While the band played we let her mother sit and we took pictures and as soon as the band finished we were trying to get to the dormitories. the ambassador never returned to us and no one with a golf cart either we observed several golf carts go by and no one even asked "May i help you madame". She had to struggle to walk from the Arena where the band played all the way to the dormitories. I would like to say thank you to the members who helped us out. The preview member who first gave us a ride. Christy who talked to us at Bowdon hall and personally took it upon herself to find us a golf cart and have compassion to help. also, Thanks to Ethan who gave us a ride to the School of Nursing , and the young man who made sure her mother rode the elevator to get from the bottom to the top floor. Also thanks goes out to the parents of these students because they have raised their children with compassion for human rights, and the kindness to help and that could drive them to be the next leaders of tomorrow. My God-daughters excitement to show her mother that her first born was making the right decision to go West as the President of the college stated would be recalled with tears for her Mother having to struggle to see where she will be living and get around on the college campus. Also thanks to the Administrator over at the School of nursing who greeted and made sure my god-daughters visit was not ill- measured. Thanks again do not want leave out the people who cared, out of the picture. The people with disabilities act was passed to make sure people with disabilities are not left out. It does not take a lot of effort to show compassion and goodwill and an act of kindness in this world, but we try to establish treaties with worlds and countries afar and that takes a lot of preparation and work. The tears we all shed on the 2 November 2014 will help instill in all of us to keep going when nothing or no one is there to help but yourself. While I do not expect a apology or special treatment. I feel that the President should give some kind of ethical training to the campus as a whole to make sure everyone knows how to treat people with disabilities. Today's students are educated in all areas of expertise , the education of human rights is far more important and acceptable for our youth and will better prepare them for greater accomplishments. But for the rest of what I saw we liked the environment, my god-daughter made her decision to go west. While she is preparing to go to off to school we as a whole, we try to teach her compassion and service and kindness to all people. To care for a life is a moral capability and to have compassion to help others is a god- given talent not all of us have this quality. May god inspire and bless us all!!!
