I'VE OBSERVED BOOTS BEING PLACED ON VEHICLE'S FOR BEING PARKED IN THE FUTURE RESIDENTS SPACE, VIOLATION OF RENTAL AGREEMENT? OKAY. 3. HOWEVER, I BELIEVE IT TO BE CRIMINAL. WHEN THE STAFF LEAD BY THE MANAGER; PARKS IN THE HANDICAPPED SPACE, WHEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE SPACES AVAILABLE IN THE SAME LOCATION. 4. NOTWITHSTANDING THAT FACT, THIS MANAGER WILL PARK HER LEXUS IN HANDICAP SPACE AND HAVE THE CAR NEXT TO HER'S BOOTED! 5. IS SOLANO AT MIRAMAR MANAGER HANDICAP...? 6. SHE SEEMS TO GET AROUND PRETTY WELL, IN HER 3' FASHIONABLE HEELS. 7. SO YOU ASK, WHAT DOES... THE CORPORATE OFFICE... HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THESE ISSUES, THAT HAVE BEEN NOTED BY SEVERAL DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS? 8. UHH, HMMM....I STILL HEAR THE SOUND OF NOTHINGNESS! ...OBVIOUSLY NOTHING! SO WITH THAT BEING THE CASE. IT'S MY BELIEF THAT THE ENTIRE STAFF INCLUDING MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO BE REASSIGN. NOW, AS FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, VINDICTIVE, RUDE, CRIMINAL OF A MANAGER THE COMPANY NEEDS TO POLE THEIR TENANTS REGARDING DAMAGES AND APPLY CREDITS WHERE NECESSARY. AFTERWARDS, THIS MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED! AND, WHILE YOU'RE AT IT, LOOK INTO THE GARBAGE COMPANY AND YOU'LL MOST DEFINITELY FIND A CONFLICT OF INTEREST THERE; BECAUSE, THEIR RELATED TO THE MANAGER. GREYSTAR!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE SUCH A MANAGER REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY. I'VE NEVER HEARD OF A CORPORATION BEING A "SLUM LORD", UNTIL NOW. ....HOW CAN, I SAY THAT...? BECAUSE...EVERYONE CAN'T POSSIBLY HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINTS, WITHOUT SOME TRUTH, TO THE MATTER....AND YOU HAVEN'T, INVESTIGATED THE ISSUES, YET? REALLY? I'M STARTING A PETITION TO GATHER SIGNATURES BECAUSE THE MEDIA SHOULD BE CONTACTED...HMM! "POSSIBLY A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO BE IN THE NEAR NOT SO DISTANCE FUTURE!" SO, ENOUGH GREYSTAR FIX IT.....! *YOU'VE MOST CERTAINLY PROVED ME* *WRONG...with my below statement* *No 5 stars for you anymore!* NOTE: I haven't had any problems with management nor maintenance. When, I've contacted their call center the staff are always pleasant and professional. Not to mention the property upkeep is fabulous to say the least and the fees are very reasonable. I just found out that I have a negative account from Solano of Miramar. I was never late with my rent tge 18 months I lived in that facility. I had a problem when I decided not to renew my lease. The office manager at time was trying to offer me another unit across the street from my old townhouse but was not happy with price. So I moved out. Now I have $3,800 that I owe for breaking my lease. I cannot reach anybody all staff is new and they gave me greystar riverstone number to call very disappointed with this facility. I lived in between a weed head and a yeller, she had arguments with everyone in complex. Unbelievable they are charging me with such a fee and I was never late on my rent.
I've lived here for a little over 2 years and have no complaints. The grounds are well maintained and staff is friendly. Maintenance comes is a timely fashion if needed and are always there to help. Most recently they had a local mobile grooming company come and give out free dog baths and trimmings. I thought that was pretty neat.
They eaten my $200 Application fee by simply saying not qualified... I have applied online on Monday and the same day my Credit check and rental history was approved, but the community manager was not available for the whole week. She don't have any courtesy to inform the other office staffs about her absence...the other leasing agents don't know when she will be back, she has rejected my application in next Monday and taken my application fee. Don't understand why taking 1 week to say not qualified.... because of this I am forced to stay 5 more days in Hotel... I was following up with the other office staff everyday but no use ... Just wasting my time and Money...
