READ THE REVIEWS. I read them all, didn't take them seriously, and I should have. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful, the nicest I've lived. Location is spot on as well. That being said, seeing as how I only gave it one star, that's how awful the office staff is. The staff was abysmal since day one and I plan on leaving after my lease is up, and I've only lived here for about a month. The online portal system only allows for you to pay via routing number and they have a "go green" initiative that doesn't allow for physical checks to be sent to them (how that is actually "going green" is silly to me seeing as how I've received about 5 letters from them with zero importance). When I spoke with a manager about the portal and if they could have a leasing agent explain it at move-in time, she equated utilizing the online payment system to using a "garbage disposal." "We can't have a leasing agent tell you how to use a garbage disposal." After that kick to my intelligence, I was pretty much done. Don't expect them to answer your emails or voicemails either, I've sent about six and haven't received a response once. In an effort to not be long-winded, I'm just extremely disappointed and my wanting to move is solely based upon the office staff.
My husband and I moved in about 6 months ago and were a little scared after reading the bad reviews online. But we are actually very happy with our apartment and especially with their maintenance team: All our complaints were fixed within 24 hours and they were very friendly and didn't leave any dirt behind. The trash compactors do break from time to time but I think this is more because people just can't throw their trash into the compactor and then push the green button. We haven't really had to deal with management yet but they seem nice and helpful when we have to enter the leasing office to pick up our packages.
I am a current resident of this community. All this place has going for it is the location. That aside, the staff is less than adequate. No one will return your calls, there office has a serious issue with communication. Not just with the residents but also within the staff, the information you are given will change from one representative to the next. Till it gets to the point when the manager has to get involved, then something may finally get resolved. When I had an issue with the office's etiquette and voiced my opinion to them , I was place on speaker phone in attempt to embarrass me. Thier true professionalism shined through. The trash is a real issue, the trash compactor is impossible to get to due to the mountains of trash blocking it. The fitness center is small and crowded, the rent is high and appliances are old and leaky. The windows are design to allow heat to escape, so your utilities are always high. The Portal to pay rent online often has tech issues causing a late fee of 200+ dollars. Don't let the False reviews on here fool you, look through and you will see a lot of people bringing the same issues to light. This development leaves much to be desired. Lastly I will say that the maintenance team is very prompt. I give them Two stars primarily for their maintenance team and the location.
Been here several occasions. Their locations are great. Management wise, they aren't bad per se. However, if I had to pick an adjective, it would be "mediocre".
The location is great but the rent is very high. For the price, I believe the apartment could have been much nicer. Also, they claim to have an automated payment system but when I signed up to have my rent automatically paid and it did not get paid I was charged a huge late fee. The office said they could not do anything to help me and to call the corporate office. I tried calling several time and left messages. Never had anyone call me back. This could be such a nice place if they made the residents the priority rather than the money.
