I currently live at this place and I would not recommand anyone live here. My home was broken into by someone who lives at the apartment. That someone is apart of a Rediscoover program they have for troubled teens. I was never told before I moved in that they had a State program in the complex. The same person who broke in my home was picken up a month ago on another case. The mamagement does not have your best interest or safety in mind. The person still lives over in the complex. I was told by detectives he would be picked up. I also find out that my same exact apartment was broken into last year around the same time. A neighbor abour one door down had their home broken into about 2 weeks pror. It took them a week to fix my door. If you have a family and smaill kids I would urge you bever to move hear. When I came to the apartments about my complaints they wouldnt allow the lease to be broken. Good luck moving here!
As Rakedra mentioned earlier, there is an agreement with ReDiscover to provide apartments to at-risk young adults - helping them transition into a normal life. However, during the application progress, the management neglected to tell me this. This is something that should be explained beforehand and not concealed - that is tantamount to lying. Also, the price you pay for these apartments , you would think there would be better upkeep, better maintenance, etc. I suppose if you don't care much about that and need somewhere to stay, this is the place for you. I've been here about 1.5 years.
It's not the best place in the world, but it's not all that bad either. While you may find something better, you'd pay a lot more, so it's good for somebody on a smaller budget. Not everything is perfect, and not all the management decisions made are for the better or actually benefit the residents.
