One bedroom, a storage area in the basement and the garage are reserved for the use of the property owner. The house is available for your private use while he is traveling for work. He simply stores some personal items at the house year round. Guests have private use of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, basement living area with an extra full sided bed, and basement laundry area. Any areas off limits are locked to avoid any confusion.
