Amazing! I ordered the no colour powder and it was on back order since so many people were ordering it so I wasn't expecting it for awhile. I got the package 2 weeks later and they also put some lashes in there for me to try! Definitely will be ordering from here and letting people know how awesome this company is!!! Thanks again!

First time ordering from this company and I am beyond impressed. USPS lost my package I ordered from Frends, and proceeded to bounce me around to different people who basically said they couldn't help me. I finally gave up trying to deal with USPS and called Frends, and could not be more pleased with their customer service. Alex was super understanding and helpful; she's sending me a new package, even though the shipping issues had nothing to do with Frends. So refreshing to see a company who actually cares about their customers and goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction.

I had some issues with shipping (totally USPS's fault) so I called Frend's to tell them that my tracking number said my package was delivered but there was nothing there... They handled EVERYTHING for me, submitted the claim for me, resent out my products with no questions asked. Alex McKibben was the sweetest person, not to mention she is SO knowledgeable about the products that she has. If you need advice and want to get great customer service, I recommend Frends.

It's a nice place, everything is neat, but I strongly suggest you to check prices in online stores before you buy anything there, unless you don't care about saving money. The product I was looking for costs $9.50 online, whereas in store it was $19 (NINETEEN) plus tax. Was I disappointed? Yes. Probably won't visit anymore.
