-10 min walk to Prospect Park West/Park Slope South, which is full of bars and restaurants and has a cinema.

- duration of sublet is negotiable, minimum 3 month stay

- 2 other people (a couple) live in the apartment, both of whom have full time jobs.

Your potential roommates are:

A couple living in the other bedroom; a 32 year old girl, Architect with a full time job.

A 30 year old guy, Art handler with a full time job.

Our preferences:

We prefer a full time student or someone with a full time job as the third roommate. Our landlords are a very nice older couple who live directly below us, and so noise in the apartment at night needs to be kept to a minimum. Also cleanliness around the house is important to us.
