Dan and his associate Naveed are some of the best in the business. I am satisfied with their attentiveness to my family's needs and I will use them for future services. I moved from Stafford county to Fairfax county in November 2014. I was recommended to Orange Line Living by a coworker, who had used their services to purchase a condo in Arlington back in early 2013. Naveed lives near in Fairfax county so he knows it very well. He was always easy to reach, answered all of my questions, and masterfully guided me through the lending process. What is most unique about Naveed's service is his availability. Generally with any business you have to wait at least 24 hours for a response. Naveed always responds within an hour, usually much less. I would recommend Naveed as he is easy to work with and is responsive to calls, emails and texts!!!
Dan was the best realtor I could have asked to work with. He patiently showed my husband and I more than 100 different properties until we found exactly what we wanted. He worked during the offer/counteroffer process to make sure we closed on acceptable terms. He is an excellent negotiator and has such an in-depth understanding of the DC and Arlington areas. As this was my 4th transaction with Dan and the Orange Line Living (OLL) Team, I am very comfortable with the OLL Team and had full confidence in their ability to sell my rental property within the time and price parameters we outlined. This experience was as good as or better than the previous three. The deal was unique in that much of the hard work was done by the OLL Team without me being in town or around the property. It started by the OLL Team getting a phone call from me while out of town and deciding to implement a pre-sales strategy. Within a few hours, the OLL Team had a sign at the property and was working on the online marketing strategy. The OLL Team then closely coordinated with my tenants who were living at the house to show the property and schedule open houses. Next, Dan and his team took the lead to implement a cost-effective renovation and staging plan prior to going live with the listing. And lastly, while I was overseas, the OLL Team found a buyer, worked within my 7 hour time difference to strategize/coordinate with me, and ultimately get the property under contract. For me, all relationships are based on trust, and this is especially true with real estate professionals. I trust Dan and the Orange Line Living Team.
My husband and I started working with Dan about a year ago. We were off and on with our house hunt. We were torn because we really wanted to buy our first home, but the high prices and competitive market - especially in the DC neighborhood we were focused on - were just discouraging. My husband and I were in total disbelief and completely overjoyed. The seller told us later that it was Dan who got us the house because our contract was so strong. He said "that guy got you your house...none of the other offers could even compete." Throughout the process - from the very beginning wishlist stage to the final month of closing - Dan went absolutely above and beyond. We have recommended him to all of our family and friends and will continue to do so. We are very grateful for all he did for us and finding us our first home!
