I have lived here for about 18 months now and witnessed the transition from the undesirable place talked about in some reviews to what it is now. I have seen 3 managers come and go along with new ownership by another corporation. When I moved in they had just clean sweep tossing out all the violent, drug-addicted criminals who used to be here. In other words it was empty and trashed. I watched as the new corporation made a concentrated effort to fix every apartment and change the management. Truck load after truck load of new appliances, flooring, paint and whatever needed until now it is 98% full occupancy and a manger that will keep it that way. Affordable, quiet and convenient are how I would describe it now.
This place is very BAD. Management and maintenance person are EXTREMELY rude. They smoke rite in your face when you go and talk to them about something. When something breaks in your apartment he comes very angry and rude like if is not he's job. If it wasn't for my kids and goin to jail I would of had broken his face by now. The manager is always charging you money for every stupid thing my girl brought her cat to the apartment for about 1/2 hour, the next day I receive a notice saying I owe $50 dllrs for that. WTF.
one shooting since I moved in a few months ago...lots of evictions because of it...management has changed since then too!! Maintenance is always helpful, and responds immediately and after hours if I've had a problem. Appliances need to be updated, but they do function. There is only one pool, so I'm not sure what the other review is talking about, and I see the grounds people out there daily picking up after tenants who don't pick up after themselves (just sad that grown people can't do that!)...I don't have a bug problem, but I know some people have, and the maintenance people come and spray every week if there is a report of any bugs seen. This isn't a brand new complex, so what would you expect? The staff is always friendly, and they accept my pitbull...I've seen several tenants with more than one pet, but the complex charges a pet fee per animal, and I'm pretty sure they have a limit of how many are allowed. It's not a high end complex, but the people here are friendly for the most part. Wish there was another bathroom for the 2 bedroom apartments, and REALLY wish there was a W/D in each unit...but then again, I'd be paying a lot MORE and have to give up my dog to live somewhere else. I love the location too...close to freeway access and right in the center of where I need to be for work and social activities too! Overall, the plus sides outweigh any minus I might have!!

I recently saw an Ad for this place offering a job. I was scared to see that the office staff can't even spell the word Experience. Stay away.
