Very quiet, clean, accessible to every where.
Treasure Cay has been my home for over a year now and I love it. When we choose to move there it was the first time we had lived in an apartment in over 17 years. The staff and maintenance there made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this location to anyone. The apartments are very spacious and well cared for.
I lived at Treasure Cay for about 2 1/2 yrs. I personally had a great experience. I transferred from a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor to a 2 bedroom on the first floor. The 2 bedroom is the biggest you're going to find in the area. The wood flooring was a nice touch. Maintanence was very nice and helpful. Issues were addressed in a timely manner. The office staff were very approachable and nice. It felt nice being able to address employees by name and them knowing my name. Yes, there was noise but that is expected in an apartment. If you dont like noise, buy or rent a house. They allow pets. Fleas were an issue with my dog throughout different times of the year. Not sure that the pest control was as routine as advertised. There are alot of dogs on the property. There are some shadey characters, but again...its an apartment. Not everyone is going to be perfect. Overall I had a great experience. I only moved because we purchased a home. If not I would still be there today.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. There were drug deals/use in the parking lot, the gate never worked. In the two years I lived there the management changed 5 times. Now, as I'm moving out, I noticed that they are cancelling the included cable! My rent was already ridiculous (not to mention that there were new rentals going for 100's less than what I was paying!). It will be a miracle if they don't foreclose on this place within the year. The people that run the place are less than competent and make living there a royal pain. Avoid at all costs! Truthfully, you really should avoid Fort Pierce at all costs. Unless you're in it for the government housing, I'd say you would do better looking anywhere but in St Lucie county.
I have lived here for the past 2 years and it is one of the best places in the area to live. The community is really quiet and the staff is very nice and helpful. I have to say that the place has really turned itself around since I moved in. I am looking forward to staying here another year at least!
