Nothing at all the staff well one in particular Tim is a wannabe boss with a little authority.I kept getting harassed every time I went downstairs for a smoke break not to stand on side of building when there is clearly ash trays for that reason . he would wait till I smoked and here he would come .threaten to kick me and my wife and kids out over a damn cigarette!!!! Called corporate to report the issue the boss of Lori the property manager just swept it under the rug and said might not be the place for me if I didn't like it .WTF with what I paid a week I should have been treated with more respect if you don't have a place to stay the emerald sands inn a few miles north is better and for sure . had bedbugs too and they let their favorites smoke weed all in their rooms DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!?!!!
Great place! They have made some changes for the better. New beds with great mattresses, longer office hours, and the staff was great! The price can't be beat either. I'll be back and I will and have recommended it to friends!
reasonably priced rooms. had to buy a lot of things for my stay that most hotels/motels offer for free (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc) but the customer service was outstanding. the WiFi is overpriced.
it not a hotel/motel more like a boarding house. eveyone is rud.. week maid service never came. but at 7:58 am on check out day they were banging on my door to tell me pay up or get out by 11...had to call to get my deposit back. all i can say is watch your back. never agian...
I don't know what the nay-sayer's are talking about. I have been staying here with my husband for about a month while we look for a new home here in Pensacola. We checked in very late at night, and had no trouble contacting someone who promptly came down and got us set up. There are a lot of people here for oil spill clean up and other jobs who have all been very polite and on more than one occasion have helped me bring groceries and etc. to my room. Our security guy is super nice and helpful. He has given me invaluable advice about the local colleges and job opportunities. Although there are signs in the laundry warning tenants not to leave clothes or they will be removed, he came in to tell me that I could go back to my room while my laundry finished and not to worry about anything going missing, because he would be monitoring the cameras the whole time. At first I was extremely bummed that we would have to stay here for so long while our house hunt continues, but it's better than paying much more for an apartment with a long lease, a higher deposit, and utilities not included. Over all, I'm happy with this establishment!
