Me and my fiance are in the market for a two bedroom apartment our little one is soon to be here. So we were interested with the rent and quiet area. We meet with Vicki. To be honest I smelled the hallways and didn't have a good feeling. Vicki was on the phone so we felt very weird coming into her apartment lookin office. After she got off we got a very stern, helpful tone. She was straight up with us and we liked that due to the other people we've meet, looking for a place. We are seriously considering living here because of it.
I really liked living in these apts when I was there. Management was always trying to keep things nice. She tried her best to do everything possible to help everyone.
I was in the process of looking for an apartment back in 2014 just before the new year 2015. I stopped in at Creekside thinking these apartments looked relatively nice when I was helping a buddy of mine move, so I checked them out for myself. When my girlfriend and I arrived into the leasing office, the manager or the older lady cannot remember her name saw us walking in, and said and I quote "Well guess I am not going to lunch after all!" This was not a very good first impression, then we talked about cost and what we were looking for all the while the lady seemed to be in a hurry just to get out of there and get this meeting over with. She showed us an apartment, which at the time she claimed the hallways had an odor because of some work being done, but recently been told that odor is still there more than 6 months later. I was really close to choosing this as my place to live, but I decided not to. After meeting with this woman and seeing how she acted towards complete strangers looking to rent, I knew that she was probably not going to be the type of landlord I wanted, so I looked elsewhere, and have since found a better apartment, for less price in a better area. Please take this advice OWNER OF CREEKSIDE APARTMENTS, and/or the Landlord woman working in the office, work on your people skills because it was your attitude and poor behavior that caused you to lose my interest in your apartments. I will not return to your apartments nor will I give positive feedback if asked by friends or family what I think of your apartments.

My fiance and I went here to look at an apartment. The manager Vicki helped us. She took us on a brief tour of the complex and showed us a very nice updates apartment model fully furnished and all. It was clean, fresh and ready to move in. We filled out the necessary paperwork, got background checks (which came out clean). We spent a total of $80 cash for all of this. Vicki told us a timeframe she would call back but never did. We finally reached out to her and she said we were rejected. No valid reason, no explanation! I received a letter in the mail explaining why I wasn't chosen for the apartment but it made no sense. I would advise against wasting your money on this dump. It's the Section 8 housing of St. Charles.
