I love it here, I moved in a few months ago and the management was changing so I was a little wary, but so many positive changes are occurring and it is awesome The gym looks great, the pool looks better and all the lights and fountains have been restored The office is always so helpful despite how crazy busy it is in there Very happy with making this my home and love the new management Definitely recommend to friends!
security at this complex is nonexistent . Any time the office close about 6pm on you have teenagers from 6th grade on in the pool area skate boarding and tearing up the hot tub. One day I sat and watched A poor old lady get screamed at by a gang of thugy skate boarding teens at the pool. When I contact complex for assistance nothing happens. They tear up cars in the parking lot. Unit 3-11301 and the area around it is nothing but a place for people to do drugs and drink every Friday night I walk my pet and It is Nothing but drunk and high people out on the side walk. I really wish security was available around the complex I noticed a few months back a teenager broke into a vacant apartment and really tore the place up.if security concerns were handled by managment this complex would be really nice
I drive home from work everyday and pass by children throwing a football in the middle of the road near the entrance, in the complex. I have SEEN them hit other parked cars accidentally. Where are the parents? Why is this complex not doing anything to stop them? Almost all of the machines in the gym are now "Out Of Order". This place is just getting worse as the days pass, home is not home anymore, it's never peace and quiet, always children playing in the road screaming and yelling, always loud music, people loitering outside, this place is an absolute mess!!!! As these are stated as "luxury apartments" let me clarify - they are FAR from it. Yes, the website may look appealing or the apartment tour may take you through a very nicely furnished model apartment. But this complex has many little issues that all add up to become one big problem. Appliances in the apartments are all clearly very old. The dryers apparently don't work in any of the apartments. We tried getting a working one from a vacant apartment into ours, but even maintenance admitted that all of them are broken, and that none of them are effective with drying clothes. The bathroom smells like cigarettes and a rotten animal whenever the fan is turned on, either from our neighbors or from a past tenant. There are spiderwebs all over the mailboxes crawling with spiders, given little attention obviously as they are always there and haven't been cleaned up. There were a few roaches at first, before we called pest control. Some crawling out of our sink, even. The gym is almost always out of water and sometimes the cleaning wipes. As if the gym wasn't limited enough, there are some broken machines. They are budget machines though, not of high quality. Definitely needs an upgrade. Almost ALL of the weights in the weight room are missing- most likely stolen by residents. It's a shame that we pay over a thousand dollars a month to work out in the gym included that is half effective. The pool area is fairly nice along with the jacuzzi, but of course, they must make it look nice during the apartment tour in order to win over anyone seeking a new apartment. Parking has become minimal recently, I've never had a problem until the holiday season when everyone has their guests parking in the spot I have been parking in since I've moved in. Switched buildings once the lease was up, because the guy above me kept dropping his weights onto the floor and couldn't stand to hear his girlfriend scream while they made love every night. With his surround sound system speakers blaring, I could hear every lyric to every song. I will admit that this complex does look very nice from the outside. The public areas they tend to keep clean for a good first impression for future tenants. But there are plenty of issues that come, free of charge, with your apartment lease. The maintenance workers are pretty friendly and will fix any problems inside of your apartment quickly. But other than that, any other concern you bring to the office, they will not be of any help. If you are looking for "luxury" - this is not the place to be. Complete false advertising. For the price, there are much better out there, that can offer much more promising treatment to their tenants, with much higher quality. Take my review into consideration as someone who has been living here for a little almost a year. If they decide to fix some things around here, I will update my review.
This place was great 7 months ago when we moved. It was a quiet complex and if anything needed to be fixed around the common areas or at your apartment they were prompt to fix it. Since the new management took over about a month ago everything is going down hill. Is not as quiet anymore, and everything seems to be broken, from the jacuzzi, which has been broken for weeks now, the machines at the gym most of them have sign saying "out of order" and even the entrance gate is broken now! It's ridiculous, move somewhere else as I will move as soon as my lease is due.
Updated: Our dryer still doesn not work properly, the maintenance people never looked at our central air unit. Which means we have gone the entire winter without heat. It would not surprise me in the least if we hear of a class action suit against these idiots. First and foremost I am embarrassed for Blue Rock Partners, LLC; the owners and managers of this facility. I have lived here since July 2015 and it is in no way associated with "luxury" living. The only competent employee was Becky and she got transferred to Clearwater. Now, every other time I go to the leasing office with a complaint, they don't speak English clearly, or it takes 3 people to understand our dryer doesn't work. When you put in a work order nobody calls to confirm the work was done or when they will get around to it. It took 5 months to get a working dryer! In winter if you cut the heat on, it smells like something dead is burning in the walls, and the fire alarm sounds. So don't expect to have any heat in the winter. I have taken to calling Blue Rock Partners, LLC (their parent company) for my maintenance issues, but don't expect a call back from them either. The employees in this leasing office would not be able to retain employment anywhere else in America. But for some ill twist of fate they all have jobs in good standing. The lock to the fitness center is busted and the facility smells like dirty, moldy diapers. Their has been a couch and entertainment center sitting next to the dumpster for approximately 4 months; they just disposed of them yesterday. The hot tub and pool are cleaned by tenants since the employees don't know how or even care to. The hot tub is not fit to be used as a toilet. There is always some fungus floating in the hot tub. One of our neighbors thought it was funny to dump a giant bag of used cat litter down the back steps. Which took about 3-4 days to clean up. Our toilet runs for about 15-20 minutes after each flush. I even explained the fix to them and they still have yet to do it. As soon as we can we are leaving this hell hole and moving into a house. I have never been so enraged by sheer incompetence in my life. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Dear Blue Rock Partners, LLC; you should tour your facility through the eyes of one of your residents. This is unacceptable!!! If you value your sanity, money, and time; live somewhere else!
