The interior viewing won’t be available due to COVID-19. Please do not disturb current tenants. Options to rent sight unseen is available. Please reference the uploaded photos.
Application: Application will be provided to you only after your call with Dan. There is no application fee. This property has a MINIMUM requirement of 3x income, good references, and no evictions. Please do not apply if you do not meet the requirements. The application will require your 3-year rental history and 3-year employment verification (W2 for 2018 and 2019; last two pay-stubs).
Background and Credit Check: Concurrently with your application, we will run background and credit check (soft inquiry only; it will not negatively impact your credit score). This will include criminal, credit, eviction check for all applicants 18 or older. This will cost you $55 per adult applicant (this is a non-refundable fee going to background/credit check agencies). This should take just a few minutes. Once you complete, Dan will receive the report right away and be able to render a decision.
Please note: We do NOT want to waste our resources or your time/money. Accordingly, before you begin your application process, Tom will let you know how many applicants are in the application/background check process, if any, and allow you to be waitlisted in your position without having to spend the $55 background/credit check. That way, you can pay for a background/credit check only when you’re the next in line and the property is still available.
Approval: Dan will let you know whether you’re approved ASAP. Once you’re approved, you will need to sign the lease and pay the full Move-In Amount Due, both within 24 hours. Otherwise, the property will go to the next applicant in line.
