Our Watermelon Cottage is conveniently located in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood. Our downtown location provides easy access to the airport, beaches, Mount Pleasant and the tourist section of Charleston while providing a quiet, homey refuge from it all. We renovated our space to keep the integrity of its 1950s origins while using low environmental impact materials and methods. When you come to Charleston you should feel like a local, and our little neighborhood and home should do the trick!

Furnished rental requires a 1 month min stay with deposit (varies depending on term). Utilities are included (electric, water, internet) for stays up to 3 months. Dogs allowed with deposit.
