I love it would be my home.love it.
I have lived in these apartments for two years and in those two years I never ran into any problems with the place. It was actually rather peaceful and I never regretted my decision to live there one bit. The reason for the two star review is because of the outrageous amount of money I had to hand over just to leave the place. They will find any way to squeeze you for cash when you leave. Beware!
This place was AWEFUL! Not only were the units super pricey, the amenities offered are terrible. Work out facility sucks, pools are over run with people using them more for bathing than recreation. Furthermore the pool was closed half of the season last year because it was infected with some nasty bacteria. Then there are the extreme conditions altering or breaking the lease. If you have to break your lease they really bend you over a barrel. First, they take your deposit...oh and charge you for light bulbs etc. on top of taking the deposit. Second, they charge you not one but two months rent. In the end the cost of breaking the lease ends up being $1700. Take your money elsewhere or Wyncroft Hill will take if from you.
The grounds are kept in good shape. The maintenance team is responsive. The neighbors are good, a mix of singles, families, college students, etc. It's a little on the expensive side, but can't complain with the results!
