I am looking for someone to sub lease my room for me starting on August 1, 2015. The room in located on the first floor, is carpeted, and shares a bathroom with one roommate. There are currently 5 tenants living in the house. There is a large kitchen and living area. There is also a washer and dryer. The parking is behind the house and it is private so you will always have a spot. Utilities can vary a between 30-150 a month. If you are interested please e-mail me and I can set up a time for you to come to the house and meet everyone and take a tour! It's honestly the best kept house on Neely and is very close to campus! The room will also come with a large dresser and a desk.
