Very unprofessional....I had an appointment to view a 3 bd room left work early called me an 1hr before to say they rented the place 20 minutes ago...you would think I would have the option to see it and if we liked it start the process. ....won't recommend this place. ...
Don't even waste your time. The apartments look decent and the management spends more money on making their office and certain areas of the building they show you on the walk through look really nice but they are just like any other rental agency that has property in hood areas. They don't clean so I don't know why they charge people cleaning fees. When we went to look at the unit we got the ceiling fan in the kitchen was shattered on the floor. Michelle promised us a lot of repairs that never happened even after we put them in writing and she's very rude. Yes she acts very sweet and kind but if you complain or ask for something to be done right your on her blacklist for the rest of your stay. There is a high rate of car break ins around and in the complex. We have a palm tree breaking the boards of our patio and before we moved in she promised she would have it trimmed and 4 months after my husband had to start doing it on his own before she sent maintenance to handle it. The bathroom sink in our bathroom had a corner chipped when we went to see it and Michelle told me they would fix it before we moved in and all that they did was glue the corner back on. A couple days after we moved in we noticed that the entire sink looked like it was going to crack right down the middle and was beginning to hand off the wall where they have slapped caulking on trying to keep it "LOOKING" attached to the wall. The maintenance manager came and told my husband that they would not fix it because there was no budget so they halfway fixed it and the next day it was coming off the wall again. Then a month later my husband and I try to come in the front gate (because none of the back gates have locks on them) and found out that the locks had been changed and we weren't notified so we had to get another key from the office. Then Michelle tells us that they had to change the locks.. funny because less than a month before they didn't have any money to fix our sink that is STILL hanging off the wall. The place also has a billing company that we never receive our bill on time for and Michelle always says she is going to take care of it, issues us a copy of the bill and the next month it's the same drama all over again then she has the nerve to tell us that we haven't paid the utilities several times after I informed her that we are not getting the bills and we won't pay $56 for trash and water unless we see the breakdown. SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Not to mention that one of the buildings is full of CRACK USERS!
I DID NOT write the above have never live s here
The best place to live. All of you people who say it is bad are haters.
Worst place to live. I lived here for 6 months, and that was too long. They lied to me and my roommate about the neighborhood being safe and the complex being nice, clean, and well maintained. The first month I was there my car was stolen. That was the first sign that this wasn't the place for me. The manager that goes by Michelle plays a fake role of being sweet to you at first, and she will have her sweet days, but majority are very rude and bitchy days. She originally lived in the center building right above the main office. She complained one day cause we had our window open and were talking to loud. So I had to ask my guest to lower their voices. She was still not happy and requested us to close our windows. What kind of crap is that? She did the same thing with the neighbors across from us. Complaining about any noise that bothered her, but when I mentioned that the neighbors behind my apartment (that she can't hear) having their music blasting till 2am, she says that she's not in charge of that and to not be knocking on her door. Aside from having to deal with her, I also requested multiple times things to be fixed. And having a onsite crew you would think things would get fixed? No! Instead, I had to remind the front office multiple times. They usually took two weeks to fix something. I had bumps in front of my door entrance that I had guests fall on and injure themselves, and they didn't fix anything. Not until probably 3 months after I complained did they fix that. Aside from that the apartment when moved into wasn't clean, I had to give the apartment a very good cleaning. After all this, I decided to move out and so did my roommate. So we broke the lease. After paying the lease termination fee. We get letters that they pulled from our deposit fees to repaint the walls and clean the carpets, yet we never nailed anything to the walls and kept everything clean. And we had a no shoe policy in the house. So how could we be charged (even when I have documented video proof that everything was left in perfect condition) and them still charging me for these things, and saying on top of that the manager forgot to mention other fees, so on top of not getting back my deposit, and having to pay the lease termination fee, they are now charging other fees on top of this all that we were never made aware of. This apartment is very unprofessional, unsafe for you to live in, and I would highly recommend everyone to not move in or deal with this apartment complex for any reason.
